Man, teen stabbed, robbed at a Pearl City park

PEARL CITY (KHON2) — A stabbing incident landed an 18-year-old and a 17-year-old in the hospital on Saturday, November 30, around 8:40 p.m.

This happened at Pacheco Playground in Pearl City.

According to the Honolulu Police Department, the two male victims were approached by a group of men and were assaulted. One victim was stabbed with a knife. The other was robbed and assaulted.

The suspects fled with the victim’s property.

Emergency Medical Services later responded to the scene and assessed, treated, and transported the two victims to a trauma center.

According to EMS, the 18-year-old victim is in serious condition. The 17-year-old’s condition is stable.

Police are investigating the incident and have classified the case as attempted murder and robbery.
