We’re getting our first look at Koula, the Howard Hughes Corporation’s latest development for Ward Village.
The new building will hold 570 residences and will be built along Victoria Ward Park, where the holiday light show was put in place.
Officials say Koula was specifically designed to intertwine with the outdoors.
“The architect is Jeanne Gang and she helped us design some very deep lanai’s with homes that actually bend toward the ocean, so you have a better ocean view and natural light,” said Bonnie Wedemeyer, senior vice president of sales at Ward Village. “She really blended the indoors and outdoors. and Yabu Pushelberg who is our interior designer, added lots of texture and an organic feeling. A feeling of living in a resort. We’re really excited.”
The sales gallery is set to open on Saturday, Jan. 5, for the public to check out.
