According to a new report, Honolulu has the fifth worst roads in the nation.

The National Transportation Research Group TRIP studied America’s major urban roads.

The study found 33-percent are rated in poor condition.

The study also found that Honolulu drivers spend an average of $851 a year to fix their cars as a result of driving on bumpy roads.

The study also took into account vehicle depreciation, increased maintenance costs and additional fuel consumption.
