Noise advisory for National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific

Residents in the vicinity of the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific and surrounding areas may experience periodic increases in noise the morning of Sept. 2 between the hours of 9 a.m. to 12 noon.

The U.S. Army is planning a military salute battery in honor of Lt. Gen. Allen Kenji Ono.

Ono was born in Honolulu and served in the Army for 35 years. He was the first Asian American three-star general in the U.S. Armed Forces.

The USAG-HI Public Affairs Office will contact you during regular business hours, Mondays through Fridays, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
