Sleep Cycle released a new report ranking America’s best-rested people and it’s not looking great for Hawaii.
The report reveals people who live in Hawaii get the worst sleep in the nation. Also, Hawaii residents apparently spend the least amount of time in bed. The study claims Hawaii residents wake up around 6:34 a.m. and have the poorest quality of sleep.
Some factors to consider are climate and variations in culture.
According to the data, the two factors that most significantly contribute to a good night’s sleep are exercise and simply getting enough of it.
