HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Hawaii Department of Transportation will hold a blessing and dedication ceremony on Thursday, Feb. 13, 2020, for the opening of the Kapolei Interchange Complex, Phase 2 project.
The new interchange which will provide an additional access point for motorists traveling into and out of Kapolei Town.
The interchange will be opened to the public after the ceremony.
