Lanes of the H1 Freeway have reopened, after a concrete spill backed up traffic for hours.

Three left lanes eastbound were previously closed before the Managers Drive overpass, due to a concrete spill. The spill happened just before 8 a.m.

It caused a traffic backup to Kualakai Parkway, and the Department of Transportation kept the Zipper Lane open until 10 a.m. to all vehicles to help.

It’s still not known what caused the spill.
