HECO responding to power outage in Waipahu

File — Hawaiian Electric Company (HECO) is responding to several power outages on Oahu that are leaving 19,800 customers without power in the Manoa, Kaimuki, McCully, Kahala and Diamond Head areas on Saturday, Dec. 26.

HONOLULU (KHON2) — Hawaiian Electric crews are responding to a power outage in the Waipahu and Waipio area.

An estimated 1,190 HECO customers are currently experiencing loss of power as of 9:40 a.m. on Friday.
