PEARL CITY, Hawaii (KHON2) — The Hawai’i Department of Transportation said a motor vehicle crash has been observed on camera on the H-3 Halawa bound.

Officials announced that Exit 1B to East Honolulu and the right lane in the vicinity of the exit was closed but have now reopened.
