Honolulu firefighters were called to the scene of a building fire Friday.

It happened on Hoe Street in Kalihi around 1:30 p.m.

When firefighters got to the scene, officials say they saw flames and heavy smoke coming from the bottom of a rollup door that witnesses at the scene say belonged to an auto repair shop.

The fire was extinguished in about 45 minutes.

No one was inside at the building at the time and no one was hurt.

In total, the fire caused $370,000 worth of damage.
