Chick-fil-A files permit for new location on Oahu

Honolulu’s Department of Planning and Permitting confirmed that fast-food chain Chick-fil-A has filed for a building permit. 

The permit includes placing the restaurant at 1056 South Beretania Street in Honolulu — which is where Burger King currently resides. 

The company announced the expansion to the Aloha State in July 2018.
