HONOLULU(KHON2) — On Wednesday night, 530 customers were without power after officials said a vehicle crashed into a pole and caused power lines to fall.
Electrical work had to be done on Wiliko Street in between Ulune and Olopana streets.

Around 6:55 p.m. an auto extrication was reported by the HFD.
According to HFD, the person in the car was extracted from the vehicle with help from firefighters and received care from Honolulu Emergency Medical Services.
According to Hawaiian Electric, around 530 customers were without power.

By around 7 a.m., the electric company said crews completed repairs and all customers had power restored.
