A 65-year-old man is in custody for terroristic threatening, in connection to the bomb threat made at the Hawaii Convention Center.
The Honolulu Police Department says officers took the man into custody in the Ala Moana area on Wednesday. Charges are pending.
The bomb threat made on Tuesday prompted the Convention Center to go on lockdown overnight.
Center officials, with assistance by HPD, conducted a thorough sweep of the facility and found no threats.
