HONOLULU (KHON2) - Hawaii’s Hispanic Community celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month from September 15th to October15th with the 28th Annual Hispanic Heritage Street Festival & Health Fair.
This free event is open to the public and encourages families, students, business owners and visitors to explore new rhythms, exotic tastes, mesmerizing dances and more!
This year’s theme is “Hispanics: One Endless Voice to Enhance our Traditions”.
The theme invites community to reflect on Hispanic America’s tradition, history and culture.
This family-friendly event will showcase live Latin entertainment, food booths, crafts, cultural displays, art, specialty booths, Latin dance workshops, children’s activities and information from different community and health agencies.
New to this year’s festival is a Film Festival showcasing short films and documentaries.
