1 Cup Viva 1% Low Fat Milk
1 Cup Meadow Gold POG Nectar
1 6oz Meadow Gold Passion Orange Yogurt
1 Banana, sliced
8-10 Ice Cubes
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smoothPOG-A-LICIOUS Salad Dressing
4 Packets Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix
2/3 Cup White wine vinegar
1 and 1/4 Cup Meadow Gold Pog
1tsp Dijon Mustard
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Canola Oil
Combine dry mix, white wine vinegar, POG, Mustard into bowl or food processor/blender. Whisk or blend until mustard is mixed well. Slowly drizzle in canola oil. Refrigerate until serve.
Makes 2 and 1/2 cups.
