New You, New Hope for Domestic Violence Survivors

Survivors of domestic violence are being empowered to speak up and get help through a workshop called “New You, New Hope.”

The goal of the day-long community event is to boost confidence for women through a series of workshops.

Topics include mindful living, yoga, nutrition, dream boarding, wardrobe styling, makeovers, hair styling and financial planning.

You can make donations of gently used designer clothing shoes and handbags at either Keller Williams Honolulu by Ala Moana Shopping Center or Trina Turk in the International Marketplace.

If you make a donation at Trina Turk, you will receive a $50 gift card.

20-25 women will be the guests of honor.

Reservations are required.

The event will be held Sunday, March 31 at Waialae Country Club from 9am-3pm.

Real Estate Professionals are behind the workshops.

Sasha Mason from Sasha Mason & Associates told Living808 that the goal of New You, New Hope is for women to have the courage to step up and seek the change inside they deserve to feel empowered.
