Meet “Mr. United States All American Man” Juliano Lomeli

Competing in a pageant as well as finding the platform that speaks to you has changed the life of Juliano Lomeli.

Recently crowned Mr. Maui and Mr. Hawaii, he is also the current Mr. United States All American Man.

While the title is a big honor, the opportunity to make a difference in the community is what Lomeli is most grateful for, and his platform reflects that.

“[I want] to help people find their unique qualities that make them different, and embrace it, “ explained Lomeli.

“Finding your unique quality is finding your inner light.”

He believes that your unique qualities are opportunities that can be leveraged to be your successes, and encourages others to use their qualities to be a voice in the community.

And, Lomeli is definitely living out his platform by using his gifts to support causes that are dear to his heart like Relay for Life with the American Cancer Society.

“A colleague of mine was directly affected by Breast Cancer and she is a survivor and pillar of magic in our store,” said Lomeli.

“Every year we all rally together to go to Relay for Life as an ohana and support the cause, as well as our own colleague. It feels amazing to be part of a job that make lives shine brighter every day.”

This was the first time Lomeli ever competed in pageants which he admits is very different from other life experiences.

The hardest part of his training was having the will to work out and cutting out carbs from his diet.

“Finding the balance of healthy eating and being physically active was a fun challenge, but the second the pageant was over, I ordered my 20 piece nugget and ordered a large pizza!” Lomeli admitted.
