KHON2’s new program, “Living808,” premiered Monday morning at 8 a.m. with co-hosts Trini Kaopuiki and Taizo Braden.
It is Hawaii’s first ever lifestyle show.
Kaopuiki, Braden, the producers and crew have been working very hard to provide viewers with a quality show featuring entertainment, food and the latest in fitness and fashion. As Braden says, “pretty much what’s happening around town,” they’ll have it covered.
“It’s been a whirlwind. It’s like the day before Christmas or New Year’s put together,” he said Sunday, before the premiere. “I’m nervous, I’m excited, but to be honest with you I’m so grateful. Trini has been with me through this whole process and she’s such a pro and we’re so excited about tomorrow and all the guests that we’re gonna have. I just can’t wait.”
“Living808” airs weekdays, 8 to 9 a.m., on KHON2 and again at 4 p.m. on our sister station CW93.
The program is also streamed online here at KHON2.com.
