Kimie Miner, Na Hoku Hanohano Award nominee

The 41st Annual Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards takes place Saturday, May 19, 2018, at the Hawai’i Convention Center.

The show honors Hawai’i’s most talented and gifted musicians, songwriters, and producers in 34 different categories.

This year Kimie been nominated for four categories including  Song of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Contemporary Album of the year, and Music Video of the Year.

Miner will also be performing at the awards banquet with a few special guests along with Na Hoku Hanohano nominees like Ekolu, Halemanu, Ho’okena, Josh Tatofi, Keahou, Mailani, Kapena, and more.

The 41st Annual Nā Hōkū Hanohano Awards is one of Mele Mei’s 2018 signature events.

Mele Mei, which translates to “May Hawaiian Music Month,” features a number of musical performances throughout the Hawaiian Islands.
