Hawaii’s Kitchen: P.F. Chang’s makes shrimp with candied walnuts and ginger chicken with broccoli

In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen, P.F. Chang’s makes two delicious dishes:  Shrimp with candied walnuts and Ginger Chicken with Broccoli.

SHRIMP WITH CANDIED WALNUTS SAUCE

INGREDIENTUNITFULL
Japanese Style MayonnaiseCup1
Sweetened Condensed MilkCup¼
HoneyCup1/8
Lemon Juice, Fresh SqueezedTB3

PROCEDURE

  1. Wash lemons then cut them in half.
  2. Juice and strain the lemons. Strain out the pulp and seeds before measuring.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together.
  4. Transfer to a quart Cambro.
  5. Label, date and refrigerate.

Step 2  
Soy SauceCup1-3/4
Mushroom Soy SauceCup¼
Oyster SauceTB3

PROCEDUREStep 1

  1. Add boiling water into a 2 quart Cambro.
  2. Add chicken base and thoroughly combine with a whisk.
  3. Add sugar and thoroughly combine with a whisk.

 Step 2

  1. Add remaining ingredients.
  2. Combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly to incorporate.
  3. Transfer to a 2 quart containers.
  4. Label, date and refrigerate.
