Hawaii’s Kitchen On the Road takes us to Minori Craft Japanese Tavern.

This Kalakaua Avenue restaurant is a farm to table concept with popular dishes from hot pots to tempura that feature ingredients from OK Poultry, Ho Farms, Aloha Tofu, and Tropilicious.

Chef Lelan Tsukada cooked up favorites such as hot pot with collagen, all you can eat vegetables, choice meats and nabe with a local snapper appetizer and tofu.

Other specialties include Nabe, Charcoal Grill, Beef pepper rice bowl, Chicken Karaage, Assorted Shrimp and Vegetable Tempura.

The restaurant has a DJ on the weekends and happy hour.
