Búho Cantina in Waikiki is a rooftop restaurant that offers a modern take on traditional Mexican cuisine.
In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen segment, Chef Arturo Silva shows John Veneri how to make their Pastor Tacos and Shrimp Ceviche.
THE BIG BUHO is Buho Cantina’s annual Cinco De Mayo Celebration.
They will feature live music by Son Caribe and Agua Dulce and cap the night with DJ2Tru.
There will be no cover from 11:00am – 3:59pm.
A $20 Cover will be charged at the door from 4:00pm – 9:59 which includes a complimentary corona beer (while supplies last).
All attendees must be 21+ from 4pm on.
Full menu options will be offered until 9:00pm.
$20 cover charge from 10pm til closing.
Taco stand and drink specials by Corona & Patron tequila will be available all day long.

Margarita Mondays are a tradition of celebrating the start of the week with a tasty margarita, or in other words, a way to forget that Monday ever happened. They celebrate every Monday from 5pm-Close featuring $5 Classic Margaritas and $5 Buho private barrel shots of Patron Tequila.

Get your taco fix, pair it with a cold beer and enjoy your evening!
Tuesdays are for tacos, Buho Cantina is serving tacos for $2 every Tuesday from 5 PM – Close

Buho Cantina and Corona Beer make Waikiki a little Hotter with Wing Wednesdays! Every Monday from 5pm-Close enjoy all you can eat wings for $20, with flavors ranging from sweet and tangy to hot and spicy, then wash the spice away with an ice-cold Corona beer.
o Happy Hour
More than street food, it’s haute stuff. Búho’s bar staff and chefs have created an array of signature cocktails and food specials that refresh the palate and remind you that this is no ordinary cantina. Food and drink specials offered daily from 2 PM – 6 PM
o Cinco De Buho
Hawaii’s monthly “Bone Rattlin” rooftop fiesta. Join them every fifth of the month for the best fiesta in town, featuring live music, salsa dancing, $3 tacos and drink specials. 6 PM – 10 PM
