Great abdominal workouts to strengthen your core


It’s Aloha Friday and we want to get you fit! Core strength is important to everything we do and Marcia Inoue joins Taizo outside our studio to workout your abs! The “plank” is an easy move you can do at home or at the office. You can also add extra steps to make the exercise more challenging. We’ll see of Taizo can keep up!
