Crackin’ Kitchen’s delicious Kona lobster dish

In today’s Hawaii’s Kitchen Chef Johnny Botello from Crackin’ Kitchen in Waikiki will prepare a Kona lobster dish in a delicious red and black sauce as well as their signature sweet art dessert.

Chef Johnny and Crackin’ Kitchen will be at the Made in Hawaii Festival this weekend. His cooking demonstration will take place at 4pm on Saturday, August 22, in the Neal Blaisdell Arena.
