Blue Zones Project is teaming up with CorePower Yoga to offer two free yoga classes for people who want to explore yoga, and connect with new friends and be inspired to live happier, healthier lives.
The two free classes will be tomorrow night, August 29 – one is at the Mōʻiliʻili Community Center at 6:30pm and the other is at CorePower Yoga in Kailua at 5:30pm.
“Weʻre sponsored locally by HMSA and our job in Hawaiʻi, is to provide free programming that focuses on the Power 9 lessons to make Hawaiʻi healthier. Some of the Power 9 lessons include things like dowshifting, knowing your purpose, having a right tribe of friends and moving naturally – all of which tie directly into yoga,” says Molly Mamaril, Blue Zones Project Engagement Lead.
