A non-profit in Hawaii is helping children of incarcerated parents

Every Labor Day weekend, about 150 children of incarcerated parents attend Camp Agape. The annual, four-day event is filled with activities and events that encourages trust, forgiveness and hope.

Senior Pastor, Roy Yamamoto, joins us in studio along with Praise and Worship leader, Wendi Tamura, and junior mentor, Dacia Demello to tell us more about the event.

Camp Agape includes activities that children would expect to see at a typical youth camp, such as surfing, archery, beach time, games, making crafts, participating in skits and one-on-one mentoring.  The camp is free for all children.
