Hawaii reports 240 COVID cases


HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Hawaii Department of Health (DOH) reports 240 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday, Sept. 28.

There are 193 coronavirus cases on Oahu, 24 on the Big Island, 8 on Kauai, 12 on Maui, and three diagnosed out of state.

That brings the state total to 78,644.

The state death toll remains at 757.

The state stands at 67.8% of vaccinated residents.
