Hawaii reports 230 COVID cases, 13 deaths


HONOLULU (KHON2) — The Department of Health reported 230 coronavirus cases and 13 deaths for Wednesday, Sept. 29.

There are 144 coronavirus cases on Oahu, 37 on the Big Island, 13 on Kauai, 18 on Maui, two on Molokai and 16 diagnosed out of state.

That brings the state total to 78,874.

The state death toll rises to 770.

The state stands at 67.8% of vaccinated residents.
