The Honolulu Pride Parade will take place on Kalakaua Avenue in Waikiki at 11am on Saturday, October 20.

One milestone for this event will be its live streaming on the web on https://KHON2.com.

“It’s first time in our state that the parade will be livestreamed so people from around the world can experience the event as it happens!”, explains event director Francine Beppu, “This year is a record breaking one for Honolulu Pride and our community can expect to see over 100 moving units in the parade, over 30,000 spectators and some 3,000 plus participants”.

The Honolulu Pride Festival will take place right after the parade at the Waikiki Shell greens.

Headliners include American Idol finalists, Ada Vox and Jurnee.

Special featured entertainment will also include J & G Dolce, otherwise known as “Hawaii’s Glam Duo”.

The two entertainers star in and produce Party Monster, a themed Glam Revue held at Scarlet Honolulu every 4th Friday of the month.

They will also be kicking off Halloween with their “Drop Dead Gorgeous” revue at Scarlet on Friday October 26th.
