Dallis joined the KHON ohana in January 2019.
Originally from Southern California, he began his career in radio broadcasting in 2012. He worked in promotions and programming for iHeart Media in San Diego, California.
In 2016, he transitioned to television as a news reporter and weekend anchor in Yuma, Arizona.
Dallis has a wide range of media experience. He has covered fun and glamorous red carpet events in Los Angeles to the immigration crisis at the U.S-México Border. Dallis believes every assignment can teach others about values and current affairs people care about.
When Dallis crossed the Pacific Ocean to work in Hawaii, he took the opportunity to also learn about the beautiful culture and the sacred history of the Hawaiian Islands.
Dallis loves adventure. You can always count on him to try new foods, new things and explore the outdoors. The opportunity to live and learn about Hawaii will someday make a great campfire story.
