House Passes Bailout Plan

The U.S. House of Representatives ended the week doing what it failed to do at the start of the week...passing a multi-billion dollar economic rescue package.

The legislation passed by a vote of 263 to 171...a comfortable margin that was 58 more votes than the first bill received on Monday.
