Those who want to become honolulu firefighters can start submitting their applications online.

Applications are being accepted for firefighter recruits starting June 1, 2008 through June 5, 2008.

More than 4,100 applicants responded to the last recruitment session in June 2005.

Applications will be accepted until just before midnight on June 5th.
