What's Up Gymnastics

Manolo visits 'What's Up Gymnastics' in Waipio this morning and talks with Randi Lau, 14 year old USA National Team member who placed 8th at the Visa Championships 2008.

The 10,000+ square foot facility consists of a large gym with separate Kids zone. The kids zone contains equipment for introduction to bars and beam along with a ball pit and mats to aid in the instruction of skills.

The gym is complete with gymnastics apparatus. Official size floor, warm-up spring floor, balance beams, uneven bars, and vault.

Also included for instruction are a 60 foot tumble track and 2 rectangular trampolines.

Staff are majority of former gymnasts and dance instructors. The primary goal is to provide fitness, both mental and physical, to children and adults.

There belief is good health and fitness will build a solid foundation of self- confidence, balance, and self-esteem in today's child.
