The medical examiner has identified the man killed in Wednesday night’s crash along the Pali Highway as a 43-year-old Honolulu man.Michael Borges was reportedly driving down the Pali towards town when he lost control of his Honda Civic and crashed into a stone wall.
A 50-year-old woman was seriously injured.
Borges was taken to the hospital where he later died.
The second car also lost control, hit the left curb and then a guard rail.
Three women from that car were taken to the hospital.
