It was as if Christmas came early this year for a group of kids.

Children at a hospital in the Philippines received stuffed animals donated by students at saint francis school.

The students collected more than 600 toys for the sick children during the lenten season.

"Education is supposed to make you a better person. So it's part, what we believe, our philosophy here at St. Francis, that education needs to help you to do these things so that as an adult you will continue to give whenever you can", says Sister Joan of Arc Souza, Head of St. Francis School.

The project was organized by Sheena Joy Malbog, an '04 Saint Francis Grad.

This video-- as well as photos taken during the trip-- will be shown to saint francis students so they can see where their donated toys ended up.
