Honolulu police are looking for Frank Castro.
"On March 30, 2006 at about 3:26pm officers responded to a possible burglary in progress on pupu place," said HPD Sergeant Kim Buffet, Honoulu CrimeStoppers coordinator. "Upon their arrival an officer met with a witness who gave a statement that a male driving a 1989 Honda Civic was a possible suspect in the burglary."
Police found the car nearby on Papipi Road in Ewa Beach, realized it was stolen, and arrested the driver, Frank Castro for auto theft.
He was also arrested a year later on Kapiolani Boulevard in the Ala Moana area for breaking into a car.
Frank Castro is 27-years-old.
5’5”, and 135 lbs.
"He's known to frequent the Honolulu areas and has four prior convictions, and they're for auto thefts and entries into motor vehicles," said Buffet.
