Low-to-moderate income Hawaii residents who need help filing federal and state income tax returns can find help at the state Capitol Saturday.
State lawmakers are kicking off the 2012 filing season with a free tax clinic that connects taxpayers with IRS-certified volunteers.
The clinic will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in conference room 325.
