A woman accused of shooting another woman in Makaha pleaded not guilty in court on Thursday.
Honolulu Police say on May 19, 32-year-old May Brewer went up to the victim, who was seated in a car, and attempted to rob her at gunpoint.
The two struggled and the gun went off, grazing the victim's head.
Police say Brewer fled the scene, but was later arrested and charged with attempted murder and robbery.
Her trial is set for the week of Aug. 5.
