Big Island firefighters responded to a house fire Saturday.
The incident happened at about 7 p.m. on Laelae Way in Waimea.
Crews were able to prevent the fire from spreading outside of the bathroom.
No one was injured.
Investigators are looking into the cause but they think it may have started in a power strip that was plugged into an appliance next to the sink.
Damage is estimated at $10,000.
