A tourist who died while swimming on Maui earlier this week, was celebrating his wedding anniversary.
49 year-old Glen Burlingame and his wife were swimming at Kamaole Beach park Tuesday, when the wife found him face down in the water.
The couple got married on Maui and were celebrating their tenth wedding anniversary.
"His ability to make me smile and have fun, his tender teasing, just the way you know, he kind of egged me on and pretended to be one thing and then just be joking with you kind of thing," said Deb Burlingame, wife.
His cause of death remains under investigation.
