Honolulu police say 21-year-old Brandon Abiva and two other friends on motorcycles had a traffic incident with a woman in her car on the H-3 Freeway on Aug. 29.

Witnesses say Abiva pulled out a gun. According to police, at least two shots were fired into the ground.
Abiva is out on $35,000 bail.
