A man hired to fix a home is the suspect behind an arson fire in Enchanted Lakes.
Ozane Alexander Mosley, Jr. is charged with setting fire to the home in May, causing $54,000 in damage.
According to court documents, Mosley, Jr. was a contractor hired to remodel the home, but the real estate company in charge of the house was not satisfied with the work and refused to pay.
The night that the fire was set ablaze, neighbors said they saw a man leaving the home, carrying a gas can.
That same night, Mosely, Jr. checked himself into Castle Medical Center with burns on his body.
DNA collected at the site of the fire matched that of Mosley, Jr.
He was arrested over the weekend and made his initial appearance in court on Monday.
