It appears, honesty is the best policy in Hawaii.
The beverage company "Honest Tea", recently conducted an experiment in the U.S where they relied on the honor system for people to pay for their bottles of tea.
Hawaii tied with Alabama, with people being honest 100-percent of the time.
Indiana and Maine ranked third and fourth.
The least honest was Washington, D.C. at 80-percent.
