A Hawaii defense contractor accused of being a spy will be released to a halfway house while he waits for his trial.
Benjamin Bishop will be placed under house arrest at the Mahoney Hale in downtown Honolulu.
Someone will be assigned to watch over him while he's released on $10,000 bond.
