It was a good weekend for Kakaako's newest condominium project.
Units for Symphony Honolulu went on sale Saturday, and they've already sold 194 units of the 288 available.
The new condos will be built on Kapiolani Boulevard across from the Blaisdell Center.
Prices range from around $500,000 for a one bedroom to more than $800,000 for a three bedroom unit.
They've also reserved 100 units for first-time home buyers who meet certain income requirements.
Those units will be sold at a later date.
