A 57-year-old man is dead after a fatal moped crash in Manoa Sunday.
The incident was reported just after 7 a.m.
Police say the man was traveling south on Woodlawn Drive between Waipuna Rise and Alani Drive when he lost control of his moped and collided into a telephone pole.
He was taken to the Queen's Medical Center in critical condition, where he later died.
Police say speed and alcohol are not factors in the crash.
The man was not wearing a helmet.
