Honolulu police are asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for robbing a bank in Kailua.
The incident happened at about 3:30 p.m. Monday at the Bank of Hawaii located on Kailua Road.
Police say the suspect entered the bank, approached the teller, and demanded money. He then fled on foot in an unknown direction.
Description of the suspect:
- Age: 30s
- Height: 5'2" to 5'6"
- Clothing: Black T-shirt, light colored shorts, white visor, blue back pack, and sunglasses.

The first runner to cross the finish line of the 2013 Honolulu Marathon was Gilbert Chepkwony who finished in 2:18:47.
Dry weather conditions made for a great day as thousands of runners participated in the 41st Annual Honolulu Marathon. Those who ran inspired others to participate next year-- while those who cheered from the sidelines helped motivate them to keep running.
Airline officials say due to the wintry weather several flights to Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport and from there Sunday were cancelled.
