The pilot of a small plane heading to Maui made an emergency landing after experiencing engine problems on Sunday.
The incident happened at about 5:30 p.m. when the Piper Cherokee ended up landing in the bush of Waiehu, which is about three miles away from Kahului airport.
The plane didn't have any major damage.
The Federal Aviation Administration says there were four people on board. No one was injured.
The plane is registered to Mokulele Iki LLC.
The FAA plans to investigate.
