A possible Salmonella scare has forced officials to pull bags of Hilo product Pistachios Natural Roasted and Salted.
The Los Angeles based distribution company Torn & Glasser says it affects nuts sold between February 2012 and April 2013.
The bags are labeled with item number "H-460-084."
A table with detailed product information on the recalled pistachios is provided in the recall announcement on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration website.
