Maui firefighters responded to a brush fire in the Haiku-Pauwela area early Friday morning.
The fire broke out just after 1 a.m. near Hahana Road.
According to officials, the fire involved about one-third of an acre when crews arrived on the scene.
The fire was brought under control by just after 1:30 a.m. and extinguished at about 3 a.m.
No injuries or damages were reported.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
